For your hosting, domains, and services to sync properly with Problem Solver, it’s essential that your account email matches across both platforms.
How to Ensure Proper Syncing:
1️⃣ Use the Same Email Address – When registering with Problem Solver, use the same email address that you use for Dark Horse Virtue Hosting.
2️⃣ Check Your Account Settings – If you already have an account but your emails don’t match, update your email in one of the platforms or contact support for assistance.
3️⃣ Verify Hosting Services in Problem Solver – Once synced, your hosting information will appear within the Problem Solver dashboard, allowing for easy access and management.
⚠️ Note: If your email addresses do not match, your hosting details will not sync, and you may experience missing service information in Problem Solver.
