Create an Axion Item

Two Ways to Add Axion Items

Quick Access (Lite Form) – Use the dashboard or main menu to quickly add a task.

Quick Add Axion form available via Quick Access links on the PS App dashboard or from the main menu.
  • Select a Project
  • Enter an Axion Title
  • Provide a Brief Description

This is best for quickly adding tasks to existing projects. Note: This form requires at least one active project for use.

Project’s Axion List (Full Form) – Navigate to the Axion List inside a project from the menu or locate and and click “Add Axion Item” from the Project Dashboard Axion List card for a detailed form.

Full Form Tabs & Fields

Axion Item Details:

  • Axion Title – Task name.
  • Axion Description – Task details.
  • Visibility Settings – Select project members who can view this task.

Axion Progress:

  • Estimated Time – Expected completion time.
  • Start Date & End Date – Task schedule.
  • Progress Status – Set status:
    • Not Started, Started, In Progress, On Hold, Review Requested, Complete
  • Review Requested – This status signals that the assigned Problem Solver is awaiting review and response before further action can be taken on the Axion Item.
  • Need PS Assistance – This sends an immediate notification to your Problem Solver to let them know that you need help with that specific Axion Item.
